Nature is absolutely incredible. On Thursday I was outside at a theme park with some friends during the many rain storms that occurred, and at one point as we were walking through the parking lot, the horizon to our right was bright and sunny. The sky was blue and the clouds were white and fluffy. However a look to the left brought a strikingly different scene. A dark and foggy horizon full of black clouds. As it rained down upon us (yeah we got soaked the whole afternoon) we looked into the sky and beheld one of the most beautiful rainbows I had ever seen. It was enormous, and stretched through the dark clouds shining boldly.
Seeing a rainbow always gets me thinking about God's promise to never flood the earth again, which gets me thinking about how all of God's promises are eternal, which gets me thinking about how we can trust our Creator for everything with complete confidence!
"All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for all I have not seen. " -Ralph Waldo Emerson
In the smallest moments, God sends each of us reminders that speak volumes to our souls.
So reflect on the beauty of creation, and let it remind you, as it did me, of the power and faithfulness of the God of the universe.
If you have a few moments, listen to this song. It is a beautiful depiction of the wonderful creation we are surrounded by. I've always loved this song.

He who looks at the earth, and it trembles.
who touches the mountains and they smoke. -- Psalm 104:32
"The most important thing for me is having a relationship with God. To know that the owner, the creator of the universe loves you, sent His Son to die for your sins; that's very empowering. Knowing Him and knowing that He loves me gives me encouragement and confidence to move forward." - Ben Carson
